iTunes 8.2 released, 3.0 coming sooner rather than later?
by Justin Horn on Jun 1st, 2009 @ 6:29 pmiTunes 8.2 which has only been seen in the iPhone dev center has now been released to the public. All references to the iTunes Pre-release in the iPhone Dev Center have now been removed. The public release version number is slightly newer than the last beta, 8.2.0.10 vs 8.2.0.23. The big difference with iTunes 8.2 is that it supports iPhone OS 3.0…so it is starting to look like iPhone 3.0 might be release before the 3rd generation iPhone. So get downloading!
