Google updates Street View navigation, hopefully we see this on the iPhone soon!
by Justin Horn on Jun 4th, 2009 @ 6:54 pmStreet View was cool when it was first released, but after the “coolness” wore off it I realized it wasn’t very eassy to use. Google has realized this and has now made it a lot easier to move around while in the street view. You can now skip blocks ahead, jump accross to the other side of a canal, zoom in even further, and more all with a double click.
This seems like it could be “translated” to work well on iPhone Map App, but I doubt this will be included in the initial 3.0 release. Come on 3.1!
