iPhone 2.0.1 update is out
by Chiyin on Aug 4th, 2008 @ 8:01 pmupdate: 2.0.1 – so far so good
my download took a while to download and it just finished updating at around 8.30pm… apparently they haven’t fix the MDCrashReportTool crash… as soon as the phone restarted it crashed the program… let’s see what they have done with the update… a roundup to come…
apple just released the 2.0.1 update… I’m currently downloading and installing it… the file is quite big 249.2mb… which is about the same size as the 2.0 update… so are we going to see a “restore” like when doing the update to 2.0? I guess we’ll find out when it finish downloading… I’ll keep you guys posted…

The iPhone 3g 2.0.1 update took about 5-7 mins to download all 249.2MB and then about another 10 mins to install. Going to go play with it now and comment on it later.
