nullriver creates iPhone tethering app…kinda
by Justin Horn on Aug 1st, 2008 @ 11:57 amAs reported on MacRumors the Nullriver app was availble for a short time last night to everyone, including us in the United States. After a short while I guess Apple realized their mistake and took down the app for the United States (and also rumors that it’s not available to UK residents either). For those lucky few that were able to get their hands on this app it seems to work well. Even though this app was taken down, hopefully it will bring tethering and at&t more into the spotlight and put some pressure on at&t to allow this. Many, if not all, other mobile service providers in the US do allow teethering.
