iPod touch released September 9, 2009, but no camera
by Justin Horn on Sep 9th, 2009 @ 4:53 pmThe new iPod touch comes in a 32GB ($299) and 64GB ($399) capacity, but following the current iPhone product lineup, the old 8GB iPod touch is still available for $199. If you go with the old one you will miss out on some new features like Voice Control (same as 3GS) and the new remote & mic headphones. The big let down with this release is lack of a camera which was heavily rumored to be true. There are some rumblings that Apple had some manufacturing problems with the iPod touch camera, but that’s hard for me to believe…although the new nanos did get a camera so who knows?
I’d also like to announce our lucky winner, so without further ado…
