iPhone 2.2 firmware coming in next 24 hours?

My friend at a local apple store mentioned that 2.2 was floating around with the higher ups at the genius bar. So normally something like this wouldn’t be in the hands of even apple store employees unless a release was eminent…say tomorrow 
Sorry to say I don’t have any other cool info for you guys like if apple secretly added push notification or copy / paste, but I guess we’ll find out soon enough!

iTunes 8.0.2 is out! Maybe another precursor to iPhone 2.2???
