macbook event on october 14th official!

Well the rumors have been going around for a couple months now and just 5 days before the event it’s official. Engadget is reporting that apple has announced the event with the only details being “The spotlight turns to notebooks”.

So now the focus turns to…will they be released on the same day or announced for a later date?
