simpsons update charlie brown from record to iPod
by Justin Horn on Nov 3rd, 2008 @ 10:46 amIn the latest Simpson’s Halloween special “Treehouse of Horror #19″ they do a take on “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!”. The interesting thing to me isn’t just that apple has made another product placement appearance in TV (cartoon or real), but the fact that is representing the digital age of music. From record players of the 1950s to iPod of the 2000s! This is similar to how the sony walkman was the representive of the non-digital portable music age.
