Today is the first day of Macworld 2009 and the last one Apple will be attending… It is a bit heartbreaking that on this last appearance Steve won’t be giving the keynote… Which in turn has created a lot of rumors about his health, but he’s doing fine as you can read on Macenstein… So it is kind of a bittersweet day, with expectation of new Apple announcements, but knowing that this is the end of an era…

According to a post on Gizmodo, many users of the 30GB Zune are experiencing some sort of a glitch… Apparently at around 2:00 AM the devices began freezing… Interesting… Seems like the Y2K bug finally caught on… 9 years later…

Uh oh, more good apple news!

There seems to have been a spike in app sales over the Christmas / Hanukkah break due to in increased sales of iPod touches mainly and probably some iPhones. This is good news for hardware sales as well as more sales via the app store which Apple collects 30% on. So this should send the Apple stock down a few points tomorrow! Well I joke, but the way the stock market is I wouldn’t be surprised
